Ceramic tile, or in the other
words "porcelain tile", can in the tile scale imitate the
texture and look of various natural stones such as marble, sandstone,
limestone, travertine and slates. However, unlike the natural stones, patterns
and textures in ceramic floors and walls are repeated and not random. If these
type of orderly patterns and textures containing no color variations are what
you are looking for, ceramic tiles will be the best option. The ceramic
tiles are listed by series in this section. Different series have been made
with different production process using different techniques for different
applications. Series 1, i.e., item numbers starting with ACMT-01,
through 15 are classic tiles with polished shining finishes while series 16
through 20 have rough surfaces for slippery proof. |
